How Prizes Will Be Awarded:  

Though there is a wide range in the value of our prizes,  I am going to let the winners choose their prize.  There will be a 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize, and 4th Prize winners,  and Consolation Prizes.  How will it work?
  • You can choose from any prize that appeals to you, no matter what the value.
  • The 1st prize winner will be given a few days to choose their prize, and that prize will be marked as no longer available
  • The 2nd prize winner will then have a few days to choose their prize, and then that prize will be marked "unavailable", etc.
  • When all winners have chosen their prize, everyone else will receive "consolation prizes" Everyone will receive something!

Prizes DO NOT have to be related to weight loss.

What does it mean to sponsor a prize?

If you are in business, by offering a product or service that can be awarded as a prize at the end of our sessions, you are sponsoring a prize!  This will make the challenge fun for participants, and will be great advertising for you! 

I will post the prize you are offering, and a link to of your company website, for only $3.00 FREE for 6 months.

If your prize is chosen, I will post your product information and a link to your site on one of my most visited blogs, Happy Nutritionist's Nuggets, Happy Healthy Children or HerBulletin.  The prize does not have to be related to weight loss. 

If there is more than one sponsor for the same company, I will still accept your prize offer, but would request that you offer a DIFFERENT item as a prize.  You will see a list of what has been offered on the "Prizes and Sponsors" page.
